Breakfast Idea? 3 Ingredients including Avocado!

Good morning viewers

Not sure what to make for breakfast? Here's a simple recipe that only takes minutes and will fill you up.

You will Need:

1/2 Bagel Flat/Bagel Thin or 1 Slice Bread (preferably sprouted grain, whole grain, or sourdough)
1/2 Avocado
1 Tbsp. Grass fed butter, Ghee, Coconut Oil, or Healthy Fats Spread

Toast the bread or bagel of your choice. Once it pops out of the toaster, add the spread so it melts right away. Top with the 1/2 avocado and enjoy! This simple breakfast will keep you full, as well as fuel your body with healthy fats.

Have extra time? Add an egg before you put the avocado on. Need extra carbs? Use the whole bagel or 2 slices of bread and make it a sandwhich.

I went a little hiatus for the summer, but I'm excited to get back on here and share posts with you.

Also, I am looking into making an Etsy store to share some of my favorite recipes with you all. This will include essential oil based products such as disinfectant room sprays, lotions, body spray, facial toner, and so much more. I am very into making my own beauty products, but I want them to be safe and effective. I am still perfecting some recipes, but my products have come a long way! I am also working on a recipe book for a healthy lifestyle. This will include smoothies, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas.
