Lose Weight While Drinking Your Morning Coffee

Or anytime coffee...

Here's How:

Adding Coconut Oil. Yes, Coconut Oil helps us lose weight, and it's all explained in this blog entry. Also explained is which type of Coconut Oil to purchase.


Coconut Oil Coffee:

Blend your choice of coffee with 1-2 tsp of Coconut Oil. I use a NutriBullet. 
Blending is the secret to the best Coconut Oil Coffee

You can "up" the amount of Coconut Oil over time, if you want more flavor.

Feel free to add your choice of creamer and sugar as you normally may.

    Aerolatte Moo? Sometimes, I don't like using Nutribullet
    since it can be a bummer to clean out.
