Breakfast Idea? 3 Ingredients including Avocado!

Good morning viewers

Not sure what to make for breakfast? Here's a simple recipe that only takes minutes and will fill you up.

You will Need:

1/2 Bagel Flat/Bagel Thin or 1 Slice Bread (preferably sprouted grain, whole grain, or sourdough)
1/2 Avocado
1 Tbsp. Grass fed butter, Ghee, Coconut Oil, or Healthy Fats Spread

Toast the bread or bagel of your choice. Once it pops out of the toaster, add the spread so it melts right away. Top with the 1/2 avocado and enjoy! This simple breakfast will keep you full, as well as fuel your body with healthy fats.

Have extra time? Add an egg before you put the avocado on. Need extra carbs? Use the whole bagel or 2 slices of bread and make it a sandwhich.
