TGIF Smoothie ~ 3 Ingredient







TGIF Smoothie
Only 3 Ingredients!

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Milk 
4 oz Strawberry Yogurt
1/2 Blueberries

Directions; Place all ingredients into a blender (I use a NutriBullet) Blend, pour, serve--Yum

Please Note: I used unsweetened almond milk to cut calories, but original and vanilla will add more flavor. If you are dairy-free, replace the strawberry yogurt with either an almond or coconut milk based strawberry dairy free "yogurt". SoDelicious brand puts out great yogurt alternatives. For more protein, replace the yogurt with strawberry greek yogurt. Lastly, I use all organic ingredients.

  1. I add chia or flaxseeds to give it an Omega 3 boost. Turmeric is good too. So many nice combos with Almond Milk, yogurt and berries.

    1. Yes, flaxseeds are great! I was going to add them in fact, but I am running low. I use them all the time :)
