The work/school week can get so hectic. I know that if I don't sit down on a Sunday, and plan my grocery list & meals for the week, my family and I end up going out to eat, or don't know what to cook by Wednesday or Thursday. It can get pricey, stressful, and worst of all: unhealthy.
Having a meal plan every week has changed our lives for the better.
We save money: Going out to eat less frequently, knowing exactly what ingredients to purchase saves us money. We know what we are getting, we know what market has the best price & we search for coupons.
We eat healthier: We find tons of recipes on Pinterest and in magazines that are healthy. We plan what we are going to make, and because of that, we know what to purchase at the market. We don't go out to eat during the week anymore.
Less Stress: We know what we are eating every day, which makes mornings go smoothly, lunch convenient, and dinners a breeze.
Here are sheets that I fill out weekly to better plan my meals. It's so easy and will save so much money and stress in the long run.
