Let me share with you this weeks Friday Smoothie Recipe ~ Straw-nana with Flax Seeds
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Strawberries
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (or whichever Almond milk you prefer)
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Banana
Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender and blend!
I always purchase organic ingredients & use a NutriBullet
