Smoothie Ideas with Blueberries and/or Raspberries:

1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 Banana
1 cup Milk (I use Vanilla Almond milk)
Few Ice Cubes (optional)
Two (My favorite)
1 cup Spinach (I use baby spinach)
1/2 cup Blueberries

1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 cup Milk (I use Vanilla Almond milk)
Few Ice Cubes (optional)
Three (Nice and filling)
3/4 cup Blueberries
1 Banana
1/3 cup Oats
1 cup Milk (I use Vanilla Almond milk)
Few Ice Cubes (optional)
Four
1/4 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Raspberries
2 tsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Milk (I use Vanilla Almond milk)
1 tbsp Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Few Ice Cubes (optional)
*Another great alternative to milk is coconut milk. It gives the smoothie a great taste. I always buy organic fruit.
